Online Coaching Inquiry

Because I coach and communicate with dozens of people each week about their training, I want to make sure that we are on the same page with the expectations of communication and what my coaching service entails. Please review my terms of service before proceeding to filling out and submitting the inquiry form.


  • You will receive a response from me within 24 hours of you submitting the online coaching inquiry form.
  • We will schedule a phone consultation the week before I am able to take you on as a client and have you start your program. This may be pushed back if I am booked for the week.
  • Once we have verbally gone over the information necessary for me to write your program and gone over payment details, I will send a PayPal or Venmo request. I will not start writing your program until payment has been received.
  • Your program will be emailed the Friday before your initial starting week. This will include your first week’s workouts, a breakdown of your training cycle, your monthly nutrition plan, and a document on how to read the program.
  • After your first week, weekly workouts will be sent by Sunday at 12pm (ET).
  • Weekly check ins are due by Friday at 12pm (ET). I still need you to check in even if you have workouts to complete over the weekend. One week of no check in will result in a warning. Two weeks of no check in will result in a week pause on your training and re-assessment on your programming. Failure to submit more than two weekly check ins will result in your termination as a client and a refund for any unused months that were paid for upfront.
  • You will have access to daily email support for any questions relating to your workouts, schedule, and nutrition. I will do my best to provide a prompt response, but please understand that the initial reply could take up to 12 hours. My email and contact availability hours are as such: M-Th: 7am-7pm, F-Su: 9am-3pm.
